    I hired Cliff to install a door. I paid $100. He didn't know to cut it and he split the wood. He ruined the wall. He wanted to do a quick fix, but it wouldn't work. Then he started to threaten me by text about this and even called the police. He only did 20 minutes of work. Then he told me to fix it, he would charge me $75/hour.

    I told her $75.00 per hour plus materials, I was hired to fix damages done by other contractors which includes filling a large hole leading to the back yard with a vent and mortar mix,also to open a drain by cutting a whole in the laminated flooring to drain the water that was coming through the wall. In cutting the doorway through the wall to the leaky wall for the plumber to expose the moldy wall behind it. I miss cut the wall at bottom by the floor by a 1/2 inch off the line.which would covered with trim and a hinge. The homeowner stated she would call me once she had the hinges, but never called, now she is wanting to sue me.
