            Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Home and Apartment Finders Group.  BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to find housing for consumers, failure to provide refunds and poor customer service.  

            On June 30, 2022, the company updated BBB that they are under a new management policy and have improved services dramatically.

            I spoke to this agency on 7/6 paid the ****** due to thinking I was about to be evicted with the hopes of finding a new apartment. However I was able to find a place before they even sent out listing. I called spoke to an agent same day to cancel because I didnt need the services anymore. Also sent the request in writing. I was advised someone from the finance department would reach out to me. I have not heard back from anyone. This is an absurd way to handle business. The policy is you have to cancel within 48 hours and I have done so well before then. No one is returning my phone calls or emails this seems like such a scam my next step is to report them to the ****

            They are taking advantage of people that are need. They charge $189 to do nothing. Every listing I gave ****** ********* she said could not work it would be risky you can never get anyone by phone or email. Edmond said the company was good and legitimate. Now when I call the numbers it goes straight to voicemail I am trying to get in contact to see about a refund since they say they do refunds.
