I paid him for a very serious case and all I needed was the paperwork. He sent me something to my email address but no one can download it, he has it blocked. I have spoken to his secretary but he has never returned my calls.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/13/2023

Ms. ***** contacted me to run background and licenses check on vehicles that were parked in her neighbors driveway in Arnold Mo for vehicles in her neighbors driveway.  I took her 400 dollars and processed the licenses and the background checks as she requested.   I emailed her the results in a pdf document as well as verbally over the phone. She told me she was unable to open pdf file I had sent her and asked if I could mail them to her.  I agreed and mailed them twice to her home address and she claims she never got them.  However she admitted that her neighbors steal her mail.   I have always returned her calls and she does not return my calls or texts.  She is paranoid and I have mailed the documents on 2 occasions and she claims she never received them. I am more than happy to meet her at a police station or her house to give her the documents or at my office in Sunset Hills.  The files cost me money every time I mail them since there are over 200 pages of documents. I have mailed them twice and I will not mail them again, but as I said I am more than happy to meet with her to ensure she has received them.
