  We motorist pay a large sum of money to insurance companies for certain commuter protections. whether it is the unspoken policy of the insurance rep to save the company money, or it is a rash of criminal like inside company operatives. I have come to realize that an insured person actually pays for the opportunity to get scammed and robbed by the insurance companies that they pay on a monthy basis to protect themselves and their vehicles from the dreaded accident. after it happened to me, I was heckled, ignored, and ******. not to mention, I lost my car, my rental and I now have no transportation definition: insurance - coverage by contract whereby one party undertakes to indemnity or guarantee another against loss by a specified contingency or peril.

  They advertise they will take care of you if you have nursing home abuse but when you call them they asked you didn't die? and they would not take my case. ****************** does not practice law anymore. I had to get another attorney.

  To whom it may concern, my mother contacted BC in August of 2022 for an injury case because she injured herself and needed surgery and was in need of an attorney to handle her case. BC sent out and inspector and had two attorneys call my mother to be retained. My mother case has been handled by them since then. My mother’s doctor stated and knew her injury was due to her fall in the house that’s why she had to have an emergency surgery and my mother’s hand was in worse condition than her doctor thought. She noted that and her doctor came out of surgery to let me know my mother’s hand was so bad in fact my mother’s doctor told me my mother’s hand was one of the worst she’s seen in a while. My mother has been to therapy twice due to this fall, it still swells up and she still can’t make a fist. *** and ****** was supposed to call my mother Monday June 5,2023 to talk about the case but Jim called my phone instead of my mother’s phone and ****** wasn’t on the call. We so insulted to her *** say the doctor notes didn’t have anything that stated my mother was injured or her mother was injured due to her fall. We know that’s false and he only spoke about having notes from one doctor she notes from two doctors plus therapy notes. We spoke to her doctor and she clearly stated *** was not truthful about anything he was saying. The doctor said she was Not contacted by any attorney asking about my mother’s injury. We don’t understand why we would be mislead. We was told by ****** the insurance company was ready to settle and everything was looking good but now this. We would like all of my mothers information or anything to the case because we feel another attorney would’ve been settled the case and they know we are in need I don’t understand how they can do people bad like this it’s heartbreaking and they say they’re for the people. I wish them luck but I would never and none of my family because yesterday was the worst day.

  I called them to request to see if they could do a medical case from a surgery I had last year August of 2022. The receptionist informed that they would not be able to help me. I called today and she stated that she would send information to the doctor, but she never did. I called back and asked her why would she give me a telephone to the bar association. I just want to know why they did not want to help me. There commercial says that they will interview you, but I never got a chance to speak to a lawyer to see if they would even take my case.

  Brown and Cruppen law firm accepted information from me about my claim for burn barrel and oil well fires during the Gulf War. Also for a claim against ******** *** for CPAP treatments. After several months I called to check the status of my claims and was told that my claims had been rejected without notification to me. This firm did absolutely nothing with my claims and wasted valuable time when I could have hired another Law firm that could have helped me. I’m now being treated for health problems with no legal representation. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

  They gave more money to others. I had mesh surgery and was in operation for 5 hours an only got 77000 when others got a lot more ,I have the paperwork to prove everything.**** and *******. ********** stole my money. Please check it out
