      I'd leave zero if possible. I filed five years ago on behalf of my deceased mother *** died from long term exposure to RoundUp. I filed with them because the doctor *** diagnosed her cancer is in their home city and easily available with her records. I've filled in countless forms, done a deposition for hours with a RoundUp lawyer, and asked Onder repeatedly why they won't settle. Always the same "we're working for you." No, they are working only for themselves. And all I've heard for five years is "we're working to get the best settlement." I do not believe one word this company prints. I do not believe I will ever see one dime from them. I do not believe they care.

      I got hit my Seeeper machine November ******* @ around 2:15 I was super embarrassed and I was dizzy like someone shut my eyes with curtains seconds felt like minutes body jerk from left to right causing serious pain to pre existing so I never fallen just stumbled on to my husband I tried walking it off like okay but once I made it to the pharmacy I had to sit down my husband stated you dont have to feel embarrassed so I reached out to the manger black girl silk press hair and braces told what happen she called upstairs to run camera and disappeared so we waited pain body swelled up I called my auntie to ask what do I supposed to do she said go to the urgent care did that my husband found a few layers only Onder law returned ******* ******* she made me fill uncomfortable no trust in what I was saying tried to make think I was lying never met I person never over the phone had me send over all my documents 3 times had me going g to all theses places for recovery and then boom sent me a letter saying they closed my case after telling me they was waiting on adjuster now have she talked to me she would of known that I tried reaching out to **** head person over the girl I spoke with that Monday after the holidays the adjuster and the man was in a meeting so then Onder lawyer called me and I told them what happen certain places made feel uncomfortable they sent me to like I was lying now I cannot get help on my claim she said conflict of interest like I false advertising rude and not honest

      Their crooks but legal 862 dollars mine they just gave to someone else cause I didn't cash the check five yrs ago

      Don't respond back to phone call updates. Started with Socolove law and they gave my case to Onder. My paralegal that I was in contact with guit without transferring me to another and wasn't notified. Finally recieved a letter of nonengment from them dropping my case and they won't give me any information why. Wasted a lot of time.

      ************ worked with ***** pertaining to the J&J Talc Powder suit. She was very knowledgeable to my situation and was able to get me my ballot for my vote to be counted. Very polite and well versed in the issues I was asking her about. A GOOD asset to the company.

      It's been 8 years now and I guess they're waiting for me to kick the bucket. They seem to want forms signed and filled out pronto but the case isn't been solved except for a lot of others getting a settlement that they decided on. In my case I've not even talked to one of the attorneys yet and was not walked through it by them. I almost want to give up. They know the pharmaceutical company is at fault the know all the damage that I have dealt with because of it, I know things take a long time but this is ridiculous.

      I trusted oder law to represent me with Roundup lawsuit .Going on 7 years now and no settlement in sight . They stated about 4 years ago they were offered a settlement and were negotiating a settlement. They refused the settlement and looks like they are not going to get one. The same BS every 3 months . I definitely picked the wrong law firm to represent me .They stated if they were going to trial If would take over 10 years. ***** will just continue to delay until they have no more money to compensate . Should have settled this 4 years ago.

      I have been part of the Roundup class action suit for about six years. Every month I get a letter telling me how wonderful Onder is, what a great job they are doing and how thankful they are for my patience. I no longer believe them and think its all one big hoax.******. A
