    I ordered a door in April of 2022. After several calls to check the status I was informed the door had indeed arrived ( 6 months after placing the order ).however it was damaged from the lumber yard flooding! Well Norrenberns supposedly expedited a new door taking approx. 2 more months. Satisfaction at last? Not at all! The hinges were the wrong color and the frosted glass was installed on the wrong side of the door. Norrenberns came back to get the door stating that they may have been able to install the glass correctly and change out the hinges at the lumber company. Well a day later the door was delivered back to me with nothing done. The did supply the correct hinges but I had to install them myself! ******* my salesperson said they couldn't fix the glass problem and it would have to be reordered which he said he did. Several more phone calls from both myself and my wife to ******* but he won't accept the calls nor does he return them after leaving messages. What kind of a company treats their customers like this?
