    I paid for a pre-shipping label through *** and then I paid this local *** Store to pack my fragile items (sold for $800). The employee packed my fragile items with non- approved *** materials and National *** did a an evaluation and deemed the packing was not approved by *** and therefor it was packed insufficiently. The owner, ***** *******, stated he would cover replacement costs incurred when I provided my invoices and paid receipts from the customer. I provided the paid receipts and he is refusing to reimburse for value of items broken due to his worker insufficient packing and also using materials that are not approved packing materials by UPS.

     1.  Pre paid label attachment in file-  It was made by ******* *******. The label was not created by us (THE *** STORE).  However anyone who wants to created a label for *** Shipping,  that's is when you place insurance on the label for the package(s). 

     2.  Receipt for 52.40 is for us to pack it for the customer.  I did the the right way what we suppose to pack the vase.  I have pictures and did looked at them and it looked that it has enough bubble wrap and materials.  The box is Box Certificate approved ups.  *** Claim was approved for $100.00.

    3.  ******* ******* and 3rd party filed claim with *** Claim department about the vase,  I called *** Claim Department and told me that they already send ******* 100.00 insurance check for the vase.. That's what they insurance for 100.00 not 800.00.  

    4.  I offer ******* ******* will refund her for boxes and packing which is 52.40 but she refused to take it. She still blaming on us for this situation. 

    5. I did everything what I suppose to do with issue.  I have no control on the 3rd party label or pre paid label...
