    I ordered pants and jackets with embroidery on October 9th with shipping promised within ***** business days. Its almost 6 weeks and multiple attempts by me for updates and being told its delayed due to a warehouse move. I actually need the pants for work and the jacket was supposed to be for fall which is going to be closing out over the next couple weeks. Only time I got updates was when I reached out. Same answer with no shipping every time. Take your business elsewhere. They spend more money on advertising than providing service

    Terrible company. I ordered these cute light pink scrubs online on their website and it says the expected delivery date is within 4-6 business days. Its been a whole month and have not received my package at all. I tried everything, emailing them, calling them, and finally asked for a refund. It has been a few days, almost a week, and still have not received any information about the refund. I understand it takes a while but I at least deserve to be emailed back for the refund, but until now, I am receiving nothing. Im so upset and really want my refund but they arent doing anything at all.

    Ordered scrubs months ago that were never fulfilled, have been met with incredibly rude employees any time I have called to follow up, and have received no update on my order. There is no way this is a legitimate business. When I eventually asked to have my order cancelled, since I am getting the feeling this is a scam, I was told it could not be cancelled. Avoid at allll costs

    Ordered 2 sets of scrubs and some underscrub tops over 2 weeks ago. All items were listed in stock. Nothing has shipped. When I asked for an update, was told they dont know when my items would ship. I asked to just cancel the order and was told that they may or may not be able to cancel and that they would let me over the next week if it would be cancelled or shipped. How do they operate a business like this? Ridiculous!

    Placed an order 9/3, my bank was charged, but no confirmation email not even in my Junk folder. Reached out to their customer service email and live chat to ask for one, they sent me a pdf of my order and my order number. Asked for updates in live chat, awful and rude customer service, not helpful at all. Four days later still didnt receive a shipping email or update, went to live chat to get an update, during that conversation two of the six items I ordered was delivered. Three days later asked for update on the rest of my order, was told no update besides it is being delayed so I have the choice to cancel or escalate and get an eta. Tried to cancel, was told Ill get an email if they can cancel or if they ship before order is cancelled. Waste of time. Need these by a certain date. Do not order from here.

    I placed an order which was a little over $250. I got a shipment notification 7 days after my order and when it arrived, it was only one item! I emailed the company to where I got no response multiple times. On day 14 of the order, I had emailed 3 times with no answer. I called on day ************************************************************************************************************** I asked if I could cancel the lab coat so they could go ahead and ship the rest of my items, they said yes. 4 days later, still not shipment! Multiple calls later, I finally just cancelled my entire order. Totally time lapsed was 37 days!! I placed an order with another companysame items and received everything within 3 days of purchase. I will NEVER order from Scrubs and Beyond again.

    If you know exactly what you want in their style, size, and color, you're probably okay to purchase from Scrubs & Beyond. But if there is any issue that requires an exchange, I do not recommend them.The shipping paperwork that came with my order specifically reads: Exchanges of a different size or color (of the same style) are free!This may be true if you have a Scrubs & Beyond store in your area, but if there had been a store I would have gone there in person rather than order online. Lacking a local store you can return the product at one of their "Happy Returns" addresses and pay their $5 processing fee, but you cannot exchange it. My nearest "Happy Returns" shop was a local pet store. Clearly, an exchange was not going to happen there.At the bottom of the shipping paperwork was another note that read: If you'd like to exchange for different styles, or if you're returning due to a shipping/processing error, please call us at ... (BBB doesn't allow phone numbers)When I called this number and spoke with ***, he said he wished they would take that wording off the paperwork because it's not policy and he's tired of telling customers that. His recommendation was to return the product, order a new one in the proper size, and request a refund of $5 when placing the new order. He said there is no guarantee that the request will be honored or even that the price of the item will be the same as it was the first time I ordered, but that is all he could offer.So, I'm off to the pet store to return my scrubs, and they will get $5 of my refund.

    Ordered a pair of scrubs and only got the pants. I called and ask what happened to the shirt. The guy stated that the shirt was not in stock. He also told me that they will send it and charge me later for it. Just a little pathetic of customer service to lie about a shirt. If you don't have it say that. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

    My order says delivered. When I called they told me to call the police say that they can't do anything as it says it was delivered. Worse almost 200 I've ever spent

    Items listed as in stock but were out of stock. So I ordered a complete set of top and bottom scrubs. They send me the tops only. No email or follow up regarding the pants not being in stock. I call them today and they say yeah they are out of stock and have no idea when they are going to be back in stock. They also want to charge me a restock fee in order to return my top. I argued that it was their fault that they didn't have the bottoms listed as out of stock. They said that I can call back after I return the tops to get my 5 dollar return fee refunded. Very poor business model and customer service. Don't list items in stock that are out of stock with no idea when they will be in stock and then ship half the order knowing that the other part won't be in stock for quite some time. Who does this? Scrubs and beyond.
