*******, in the service department, analyzed the broken side mirror and ordered the part. Within two days the part arrived. I took my vehicle to the dealership where ****** promptly worked it into the schedule. The service department was efficient and professional. ****** was aware of my timely work schedule, and the side mirror was installed quickly. I was on my way within an hour. ****** checked in with me the next day about the performance of the new mirror. I will definitely use Glendale Chrysler Jeep again as needed.

Horrible experience with Glendale. I guarantee we will NEVER ever purchase anything from this dealership. The sales associates were rude, condescending and arrogant. If I hear of somebody I know that is looking for a vehicle, Glendale will NEVER come out of my mouth. It's a shame because I just bought a very expensive Jeep on Saturday from a dealership that was respectful and wanted our business. I will definitely be spreading the word around how rude, condescending, and arrogant Glendale sales associates. Dealership doesn't deserve anything higher than 1 star. **I do not recommend this place even to my worst enemy**Glendale Chrysler Jeep
