    Buying a **** has been one of the WORST decisions Ive ever made, and Im here to warn youdo NOT buy a **** vehicle. Theyre not built like they used to be, and theyre definitely not **** Tough, despite the marketing hype.I drive a 2020 **** Fusion SE, and since November 2024, Ive been stuck in a never-ending nightmare. The car has had the same issue repeatedly, and **** has done nothing to provide a real solution. After spending over $600 in November to fix a sensor problem that caused the car not to start, it ran fine for three months. But in February, the issue returned, and I couldnt get an appointment until March.When I finally took it in, they charged $200 for diagnosticsand then added another $200 because they said it would take longer to figure out. After all that, they told me the problem was the battery and charged $299 for a new one, bringing my total to $715. They swore they had taken it for a test drive and said it was fine. That explanation felt off, but I trusted them because theyre the **** service department.Wrong. Less than 12 hours later, my car broke down again, leaving me stranded. When I called, they basically told me I was on my own to arrange a tow.This unresolved problem has been going on for nearly six months, and Ive wasted so much time, money, and energy with no results. **** clearly doesnt care about fixing their carsjust about getting your money. This car is a money pit.*** owned other brands, including ********, and NONE have given me this much stress. If youre thinking about buying a ****, dont. Save yourself the frustration and buy literally anything else. I will get to the bottom of thiseven if I have to go public or involve my lawyer.

    Unfortunately there was a safety issue discovered when driving home the dealership the day we purchased the vehicle. This was on a Saturday evening and we contacted the dealership immediately Monday morning. My husband took it up and one of their technicians agreed it was a safety concern. But the ** refused to fix it and was extremely rude. I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle at Suntrup ***** They do not care about their customers or their reputation as a dealership.

    Would not recommend Suntrup Ford Kirkwood. Very disappointed in *******. My husband inquired more information on a pre-owned vehicle. ******* was unable to answer his question regarding an accident report, and encouraged us to come in to discuss the vehicle. The next morning at 7:30 am, he informed ******* he was very interested and will be at the dealership around noon. She acknowledged his text and said see you then. We arrived at 11:30 am and waited for ******* to finish with a customer. While waiting she texted my husband and said someone else was interested in the same vehicle. His response was that he was already at the dealership waiting on her. She greeted us and informed us it was pretty much a done deal. Why weren't we notified at 7:30 am that someone else was interested in the vehicle? We do not live close to Kirkwood. If the person was interested after our inquiry then, we should have first claim, Considering ******* knew we would be in around noon. This is poor customer service.

    This is shorter version of an email I sent to the ** of Suntrup *****Kirkwood. I couldn't reach ***** or ***** Suntrup but would like them to see how their good name is being tarnished. On March 19th 2022, I purchased a vehicle from your dealership - a 2015 ****** Pathfinder, and the vehicle has not been satisfactory. It started with a dead battery. I took it to ******** where they checked it and said that it was beyond dead and should have been replaced a while ago. I have a feeling it was charged that day before test driving it. When we brought the vehicle home, we noticed that the hood was left open, not a great sign. Within a week of purchase the car began having mechanical issues: various dashboard lights popping on, not starting, not starting without using the self starter and then after starting, immediately turning off. Not dying, just turning off. When I called the dealership on March 29th to speak with the salesman who sold it He told me that he had to speak to the sales manager and will call me back that day. He did not call back that day. I phoned him the following day and he answered. What he told me did not make me happy. He told me that the car was sold As Is and there was not a warranty on the vehicle. He then told me that ***** is a good place to have them look at it and that my insurance would cover a tow to *****. I have purchased other used cars As Is with no problem. I understand As Is. It is a used car, things happen, but not within 10 days and if issues do arise within that period, that a good, reputable dealership would look at the car in good faith. You would think as a Thank you for buying from us and sorry this happened gesture, a dealership would take a look at the vehicle. But, no, I was told essentially: Good Luck. Is this how a business is to be run? It is now the 6th of April and I have finally had my vehicle returned to me. At the cost of rentals and parts and labor, I have spent almost $1100. I havent had this car for a month
