    love vat19,recently ordered a mega mystery box and the mystery stocking. i accidentally put in my wrong address and they helped me thoughout the process and refunded me quickly. cant wait to go on a tour someday.

    This company is terrible and I would not recommend ordering from them. I place an order and havent received it. Its been a month since the order was placed. Ive written 2 emails to the company with no response. *** also called and been put on a recorded hold for an extended period of time, only for the recording to say were too busy to take your call The owner deserves a 0 star rating for doing nothing and taking my money.Worst company Ive ever dealt with! Dont get scammed like me

It was sent to us on April 12, 2023 at 3:56PM ** (the same day you submitted this review at the BBB). At 04:05PM CT (9 minutes after receiving your email), one of our customer service representatives, ***, responded to your inquiry with the following message: "Hi *******, Thank you for your email and we are very sorry that you have not received your package. You mentioned that you contacted the company one time through email. I checked and don't see anything from you. Did you mean DHL, the shipping company? I sent your tracking number over to our contact there to see if they can confirm that your package is lost. In the meantime, can you confirm your address with us? As soon as we confirm your address is correct and the shipping company responds (usually within 24 hours), I can process a refund for your missing order. Thank you for your patience!"I'm certain that if the shipping company responds or you follow-up with ***, that she will be able to resolve this matter quite quickly. Again, I apologize that this package has been so delayed.Best,*****************************, Owner Vat19.com

    We bought a potato chip maker, which worked well for making potato chips at home. But the chip maker itself flashed and burned in our microwave after the first use. Our microwave is new and we've never had this issue with anything else. Contacted Vat 19 for a refund, but no response at all. It's disappointing.

    Dear *****,Thank you for writing. We were unable to find an order with the name and email address provided to the BBB. Do you have your order # so that we can investigate further? That being said, we did find an email from a customer with the same zip code that you provided, but their name and email address are different. We responded to that customer on February 10th stating that we would issue a full refund upon receipt of a picture showing the damage. We haven't heard back from that customer. That being said, the only thing that could cause flashing or sparking would be metal. The removable top with slicer should not be put into the microwave. Was it accidentally put into the microwave?Please confirm your order # so that we may assist further. Thank you!

    Thanks for this reply. My husband ordered it and found your reply in his spam messages. He emailed you back a picture of the damage. Thank you for offering to replace or refund it. No, we did not put the slicer in the microwave. We really did not expect to see sparks! Order #*******. I'll be happy to update my rating once this is finished. Thanks!

    Update - we received a refund for the chip maker, which was much appreciated! I understand occasional flawed products happen, and I appreciate Vat19's customer service in making it good.

    Terrible!!! I ordered Divoom backpack and does not work. I have sent so many emails and a video showing the problem which they asked for. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. *** told me if I stop the dispute they would give me my $159.99 which I did. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no refund. They told me it takes a long time. I have never heard of a refund taking so long. I think I am getting the runaround. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!

    The customer reached out to our customer support team on August 23, **** about their Pixelated Smart Backpack. Per our policies, we attempted to assist the customer with their purchase through our customer support team. When we were asked for evidence of a faulty product, we were provided with pictures of the item that did not indicate a non-working product. We followed up with the customer almost daily until August 30. On September 1 at 3:56 pm CST, we received an additional message from the customer providing us with the requested information. Unfortunately, on September 1 at 12:30 am, the customer also opened a dispute with their credit card company regarding the transaction. We provided information to the credit card company regarding the transaction on September 1 at 10:04 am CST. Once a transaction has been disputed with a credit card processor we are not able to issue any sort of refund on that transaction. The credit card company is reviewing the information and state that they will provide the outcome of the dispute by October 20, 2022. We notified the customer on September 7, 2022 that if the dispute was closed with the credit card processor we can issue the necessary refund. At this time the credit card processor (Stripe) has not closed the dispute. We legally can not issue a refund until the dispute is closed. We have continued to monitor this dispute with our processor nearly daily and followed up with the customer four times to let them know the status. We have continued to apologize to this customer for the inconvenience, but our hands are tied as we await the outcome of this dispute.
