    It doesnt make any sense how hes allowed to take our money and get nasty when you try to inquire about a purchase!..Never again..I try to support small businesses and have patience but it is not working for him..Just shut down until you actually know how to run an online business!!!!!??????????????

    I placed an order and here we are 3 months later and no candles. I'm sure he will try to dox me now. I would suggest no one order from this "company".

    I purchased three candles from Andrew Candle Caldwell in November. I sent several emails and messages on Instagram and Facebook. He blocked me and refused to address the status of our candles. I tried supporting this young man, but he has failed to provide an update or respond to my recent charges. I canceled and disputed the charges with the Capitol One MasterCard account. They promised to investigate his business practices. It is shameful; I ordered the candles in time for Christmas, and no CANDLES!! If anyone thinks about ordering anything from this man, DO NOT! I had to purchase candles from ****** ****** to arrive for my sister's Christmas gift on time. We love candles, and Andrew ******* Caldwell will never receive my business!!

    This man is putting door pulls on top of this aluminum foil top and claiming it’s luxury. Please don’t be fooled. He just went on live saying he was dropping the price n free shipping. But the 10.00 shipping is still there.

    DO NOT BUY CANDLES FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! He has marketed this product as one that he has labored over for a year and a half, and claims to also have used the same company that the Kardashians have used in the past! That is all lies! He ordered these candles from the ********************** clicked a few buttons and ordered the candles!!! He promised a $25 gift card, a phone call, a personalized thank you letter, and for each sale a turkey would be given to a family in need in the *** area for Thanksgiving. Lies!!! The lid of the candle is easily bendable/foldable/crushable. The "wax" of the candle is a kin to petroleum, so much so that you can put your whole finger through the candle. He lied about the burn time. There is NO scent to the candle! The label peels right off!!! These are wholesale candles that he is peddling as his own, and they are NOT! He is a SCAMMER and a FRAUD!!! DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! HE IS A LIAR AND A MANIPULATOR!!!! Im only leaving a 1 star review because I have to!!!

    This individual was offering a wellness candle over ***************** was horrible there was no scent to said candle cheap quality for something that was said to be good quality. Candle burned really fast and was soft to touch and very oily. there was dust and hair on the candle. There was nothing well about the candle do not buy from this site hes a fraud. And I didnt get the promised gift card and phone call of thanks.

    He is now selling candles. I wish I could give him negative stars!!! He lied for a year and a half that they were coming out. This venture smells like a scam. Here is why:1. He claimed that the candles were also associated with the Kardashians and the Braxtons. There is no known association online with these celebrities and ********************* (the brand listed on the candle that he showed on his Instagram live video).2. He said that the candles are soy based, but that is not what is listed on the company's website for the candle that he is selling.3. When the viewers on ******** and Instagram asked what is the burn time he stated at first, 12 hours and in the next few minutes changed that to 72 hours. Mind you , the candle is one wick and too small for a burn time of 72 hours.4. He stated that he had been working in the lab with the company to design the sent, but the candle is a part of a starter kit. The scent is not "created", it is already made for anyone to purchase. He could not even tell easy details in his live, like the size and composition of the candle.5. It just also seems like price gouging. The cost was first $50, but then the cost was dropped by 50%. He then stated that he would send a $25 Starbuck's gift card with the candle, but that was not mentioned anywhere on his site. When asked by people, he got mad, and said to order one and find out. He also said that he donating 10% to charity (this organization was not named and this info is also not on the business website). This would mean that he is in the negative for each candle. The math is not mathing.He is known for being a scammer, so beware if you purchase a candle or anything else from him.
