Received my item in about a weeks time. It was the wrong item.I contacted store through email,messaging,calling and Instagram. Nobody got a hold of me. I returned the item with their free label. They had it since the 14th of December. Along with my $30.Business Response

I ordered a Blues jersey from this company in 9/2021. (Confirmation #STL44306) I paid for it with shopify installments. The total costs of the jersey is $275. I received a phone call from the company a month ago saying the jersey was ready to be picked up. The order was supposed to be cancelled and refunded. The refund was never received. They have been giving me the run around regarding the refund. Last 4 digits of the card number are ****.Business Response

This customer bought a custom jersey from our site. One of the things we offer is a pay over time option with a third party, which he did. He asked to return the custom jersey, which we don't offer because it customized. We did it out of good faith. We sent the refund back to the third party. That is all we can do. On 12/4/2021 I ordered a Winter Classic Jersey with a customized name in a specific size online. At the time, the site informed me it would ***********-8 weeks for the customization, which was acceptable. The order number was ***48505 and the amount was $320.98 I received 1 e-mail on January 1/11/2022 saying expected delivery was in late February.After that, I received no notification or updates. * Sent an e-mail on 3/8/2022 asking for a status update - no response * Called and left multiple voicemails throughout ************* with no response received. * Called multiple times and spoke with various people who told me "the orders should be in soon"* I finally got ahold of someone named ****** in mid April, he assured me he would check on the order and call me back the same day. He did not call back. * I called and ask for **** multiple times, people took messages, he never called me back.* **** finally called me on 4/27/2022 and confirmed he had found the order, there was an issue with a patch, and that he expected I would have it the following week. He told me I could call him specifically with additional questions.* The jersey arrived on 5/6/2022 - unfortunately, they did not ship the ordered product, we ordered a fanatics size medium specifically because that size would fit my daughter. What they shipped was an ****** Size 50, which is is GIANT - it's MUCH to large for her. The original invoice shows the Fanatics Size Medium, but they crossed out the Fanatics and wrote "50" over it instead.* Called and left a voicemail for **** on 5/10/2022 - no response * Called and left a voicemail for **** on 5/11/2022 - no response * Called and left a voicemail for **** on 5/13/2022 - no response * Called and left a voicemail at the *** Authentics store again on 5/18/2022 asking for a call back - no response * Called and left a voicemail for **** on 5/13/2022 - no response. We have helped *********************************** with his jersey for his daughter. We refunded his order in full and arranged for an autographed jersey while they waited for the correct size to be completed. We were glad to help rectify the opportunity that was the center of the complaint. **************************** indicated that he was very happy with the resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is absolutely satisfactory to me.I would also like to add that ***** went above and beyond what we expected to resolve the issue with the jersey to our satisfaction. He responded to my complaint quickly and listened to my problem and was willing to go the extra mile to come up with a positive outcome. My daughter was thrilled with the end result and we couldn't be happier. He added a couple of personal touches that really made for a great experience.

1 month ago i ordered 2 st.louis blues 1967 victories panoramic with coins and only received one tried contacting customer service phone i have left messages no one returns calls.emailed 10 times are more they keep saying its their partners at the danbury mint that is the problem.order #******** order date 4/13/2022.they said a week and half ago that they talked with danbury mint and it would be shipping within the next day its been almost 2 weeks no tracking number nothing keep emailing and keep getting the same response they will ship in a day or two.nothing good to say about this company, i just want what i have paid forBusiness Response

Mr. ******** order was completed ad delivered via FedEx. Delivery was made on May 9, 2022.
