    Company charged my card almost two weeks ago and they have not spent me the product. I've tried reaching out to them a number of times through email, ********* and a phone number that no longer in service! I see other buyers reporting that they're not getting their orders or replies from the company.I want a refund for my order as going through my back to try and dispute the charge is a huge pain and would also lock my card and having to wait for a new one. I just want my money back!

    Still zero response from customer service and as of today (July 23rd), they went and shipped only half my order and refunded the other half. Only, half the order isn't going to do me any good. Which is the very reason I asked to have my order refunded in full. I do not want half the product.
    I still want a full refund for the order.

    I placed an order on their Website on 9/2 totalling $63.40. I received no order confirmation or tracking information. This was odd, because previous orders with this company always generated an email. I emailed customer service with this information and they indicated my last order was in May of 2022. My credit card was charged for $63.40 on 9/2. The reference / authorization number was 82711167N0003F6V9. If my card wasn't charged, I would have just placed another order. But, because it was charged, I am not going to place another order. They seem content to just tell me that my last order was in May of 2022. This is not satisfactory. They can either ship my order or credit my credit card for the transaction.
