    The pair of glasses I got, I could not see out of and I brought it to them to fix it. They did another exam to see what was going on to fix it. I went to see if they were done with the glasses and they tell me they sent the glasses back to stock and sold them. How could they take my glasses back and sold them without touching base with me. I told them this and told me that I took too long to pay the balance, I paid them 300 dollars. They never told me when the glasses were ready so how was I supposed to know when they were done. I tried calling them recently and when I asked them about it but kept giving me other numbers, there is no hq of any kind so I cannot talk to any one above them. They gave me different location numbers when asking for a store manager, but they wont give me anything cause it seems it doesn&#**;t exist. Now when I try to call them, and they find out its me, they hang up the phone.

    So I spoke with ****** and we did refund him.  We took the credit and applied them to his new glasses he purchased from us.  He said he didn't receive the credit so I met him at the store on July 16 to show him the receipt of where we applied the credit.  He still didn't believe that a credit was applied and he was going to provide a receipt of where he paid an additional amount.  He said he would bring the receipts in but he has not brought them in.  On August 2nd he purchased new glasses.
