I took my youngest daughter there almost a year ago in June. We never received a call that her glasses were ready. When I called to check on them they said they did call and told qqme her dad's #. He never received a call and if they did why didn't they leave a message to call them back. Another situation, took my older daughter to her eye exam appointment on March 17 at 6 pm. She got exam and was prescribed allergy eye drops and told she needed glasses. She picked a pair out and they sat down with her and told us about 3 weeks. I had not heard anything so I called yesterday 4/13/22 and they have no record of us picking out glasses. She has been having headaches and feeling dizzy. I took her to the ER for this prior to eye exam. And now it's happening again. It's 5 weeks today since butappointment. They told me that they would look into it and call me but they never did.
