    Walter Bonner faking repairs of my previous apartment to keep my security deposit illegally. He has also harassed me and failed to fix maintenance issues that hes actually claiming money from me for He would not fix or remove a refrigerator for 2 weeks resulting in loss of food mold and health issues Forced me to keep unsafe appliances in small apartment despite communication and acknowledging small child who would be at electrical risk I was electrocuted due to a power line that fell he would not provide video footage I fell down the stairs ******* a black out and got head injury because of no hand rail after asking for one and because of no energy lights for storms There was a addict chain smoking meth and cigarettes below me daily Walter refused to get air purifiers until the day I was moving out and laughed in me face Walter has disclosed personal information about my mental health to neighbors and random people multiple times despite lease agreement with **************************** Behavior Health I was attacked by the neighbors friends dog while outside with my baby , dont know the dog- I made a report Often there were gas leaks making it unlivable in the apartment that Walter refused to fix until days later . I made a report During those gas leaks Walter refused to move the Refrigerator appliance from in front of my door causing a fire hazard for about 2 months without refused Walter Push My Mom Out Of the Door And Slammed it in her face assaulting her and screamed at here while she was just visiting me to bring back my 1 year old baby ******** times Walter denied access to my friends and denied access to my childs father claiming it was baby momma drama and against BJC Policy which it was not Walter threaded to evict me a month after moving in and lied about awareness of my 5 pound petite Service Animal Walter harassed me and my Case managers purposefully trying to ******* my progress in my health journey with *** Theres more

    Business response received by text from the consumer on Nov. 1, 2024:

    Dear Ms. ***************** letter concerns your security deposit in the amount of $950.00 for the premises located at *************** during your lease period of 3 September 2023 thru 1 September 2024.

    I will not be returning your security deposit for the premises located at **********************************************  I am keeping the security deposit to cover the following:

    (1) Cleaning Fee. $500.00

    (2) Moving Fee - Unnecessary refrigerator movements. $200.00

    (3) Replacement cost for unauthorized removal of two games from gazebo. $167

         Giant Tumbling Timbers Wood Stacking Game Bundle and 4 in a Row Game

    (4) Repair kitchen cabinet door. $50.00

    (5) Replacement of security door lock ($67) and keys ($20). $87.00

    The total cost to cover these services, damages and unauthorized property removal is $1,004.00.
