    I can't stress enough how horrendous my experience has been with a psychiatrist who recently changed companies. To call it a "nightmare" would be an understatement.My journey with my doctor began on a relatively positive note at their previous practice. However, everything took a sharp nosedive when they decided to transition to a new company Serenity. The complete lack of professionalism and care demonstrated during this transition was nothing short of appalling.First and foremost, the lack of communication was astoundingly neglectful. I wasn't given any prior notice about the change, and I was left entirely in the dark regarding the status of my ongoing treatment. I attempted to reach out to the office, but my attempts were met with absolute silence. The automated phone system was an infuriating labyrinth of frustration, leading to nowhere. My emails went unanswered, and I was given no indication that anyone at the office even cared about my mental well-being.This level of irresponsibility and disregard for their patients is unforgivable. A psychiatrist who abruptly changes companies and leaves their patients hanging without any means of contact is, in my opinion, unethical and unprofessional.I wholeheartedly advise anyone in need of psychiatric care to stay far away from this provider. Seek out a professional who respects their patients and understands the importance of maintaining continuity of care during transitions. I can't emphasize enough how detrimental my experience has been, and I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering this doctor's services.
