    I went to them and bought 2 tires from them. Two months later, my tire went bad so I went back. I went back and got them plugged. I told him to replace them. He asked for the receipt and I told him I didn't have it. I told him I got those tires from him. He said I needed a wheel alignment and another tire later needed a plug. He won't honor the one I bought from them. I would like my tires replaced - front and back tires on the driver's side.

    MRS *** CAME IN AND PURCHASED TWO USED TIRES 

    THE WARRANTY ON USED TIRES IS (ONE WEEK) AND IT IS AN EXCHANGE WARRANTY

    SHE CAME BACK 2 MONTHS LATER AND THE TIRES HAD NAILS IN THEM AND THEY NEEDED REPAIRING

    OUR RECEIPTS HAVE OUR RETURN POLICY ON THE REAR OF THEM AND IT IS POSTED IN OUR BUSINESS

    THE POLICY ALSO STATES THAT A RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OR ISSUE

    WE HAVE NO PROBLEM SERVICING OUR CUSTOMER BUT WE AS A BUSINESS HAVE RULES AND GUIDELINES TO PROTECT US AS WELL AS OUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SURE THAT, ALL INVOLVED IS TREATED FAIRLY...
