Late last year, I contacted this company to repair flat roof leakage(s). At that time, I received enthusiastic, courteous, prompt, and adequate attention and temporary service due to weather conditions/constraints. The co-owner and I tentatively agreed for the company to provide the more extensive roof repair/replacement in March or April of this year. Yesterday and today, after contacting the co-owner last week via text, the co-owner and I exchanged texts to follow-up on what had been tentatively agreed upon, and it was a 180-degree experience from last November. There was not the enthusiasm to provide the service outlined previously. First, I was questioned as to whether payment would be made via insurance or outright. Then I was told I would probably not receive service until May, as they were booked until then. When I questioned the co-owner regarding the tentative agreement we made last November, he indicated he THOUGHT I may have had the work done already. The only reason the work was not done in November was because of weather conditions/constraints (as indicated by the co-owner). Good business practice would have been to follow up with me PRIOR to taking on new customers. My take-away from the exchange was that my patronage was not truly needed or valued. I am not sure as to the reason since the company was paid in a timely manner, in full. I would not recommend this company because of the dismissiveness and lack of follow-through, needless to say, the lack of customer appreciation.

We apologize if we made you feel as if your patronage is not important to us because it is. The Repair we did last November to your flat roof was done in the best way possible to make sure we have you covered. We hope that you find it in your heart to understand us. Right now there are a lot of families that lost a lot and since winter of last year and beginning of this year we have been working hard to help and serve as many people as have called out to us in desperate need to get their homes cared for and we understand that we unfortunately cannot get to everyone on time but we are working hard to give families and individuals the help and service they need for their home.
