  Our experience with Ortega Brothers roofing was absolutely exceptional! ******** is organized, responsive, and well-spoken. ******* was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us with our insurance claim throughout the complicated process. They obviously have experience with this as well as roofing. We received many photos of our roof before and during the process, which was great since we cannot climb up there. Because they are a family business, they do all the work themselves and are very concerned with the quality of the job and their reputations. Would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to family. Thank you, Ortega Brothers.

  highly recommend Ortega Brothers! ******** was easy to work with, proactive in his communication, answered all our questions, and cleaned up everything after the roof was replaced. also greatly appreciated the value for the price - the material is a super high quality with an unbeatable warranty! lastly they fit us in quickly on their schedule as we had an issue with our insurance and had a deadline for replacement - super grateful they allowed us to keep our policy in tact. As an owner of several investment properties, Ortega brothers will be our go-to roofers moving forward!

  Ortega Bros was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We recently had our roof replaced and we couldn't be happier with the result, and the whole process. We worked with ******** who was extremely professional, walked us through each step, and helped work with our insurance adjuster to make sure the process went smoothly. If you are looking for a great, local family-owned roofing company, I highly recommend Ortega Brothers.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Ortega Brothers Roofing in ************, **, and I couldn't be happier with their work! They were punctual every single day, starting with a one-day delivery for the shingles, followed by completing the entire roof replacement and cleanup in just 2 days. Their efficiency and professionalism truly stood out.What really impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyondthey even helped me navigate my insurance issues, calling the insurance company directly to address my concerns and ensure the process went smoothly.The quality of their work and the outstanding customer service make them an easy recommendation. I will absolutely refer Ortega Brothers Roofing to everyone I know who needs a roofing project done!

  From the time I picked up the phone, to the time the work was completed, I had nothing but great experiences with Ortega Brothers Roofing. I worked mostly with ******** while communicating back and forth, and ******* at the inspections, but both were kind and responsive. We had a pretty old and worn-out roof that started to leak after a big storm. I got a few quotes from different companies, but Ortega Brothers Roofing was the most responsive, the most detailed, and offered the best price. They also were the only one to encourage us to reach out to our insurance company to see if there was enough hail damage to warrant it being covered. They provided me with pictures to attach to my insurance claim, to help support my case. The other roofing companies told me to not even bother. I set up an appointment with my insurance inspector to take a look, and ******* showed up on time, but my insurance had to reschedule at the last minute. Two days later, ******* showed up on time again and worked with the inspector. Insurance ended up covering the roof, and also wanted us to replace the gutters and downspouts. All this would have been missed if it weren't for Ortega Brothers. They were very helpful going through the entire process, from learning about everything that would be done with the roof, to how the insurance would work, and how long it would take. The roof looks great, and we have an extensive warranty included in case anything goes wrong. They showed up on time, finished up the work, and even came back the next day to install some incorrect parts that were delivered to make sure the job was done right. ******** and the team at Ortega Brothers Roofing made the experience of getting a new roof much better than I anticipated, and I would highly recommend them.

  The Ortega brothers are a family run business and value their clients over profit. I cannot stress enough how well they are with communication and the pride in their work. They very clearly know their industry and how difficult it is with high-cost projects. They also provide their GAF warranty and can produce any professional credibility if requested, whether its providing professional and legal documents or pictures of their past work. Their empathy and human connection are all I need to recommend choosing them over any other roofing contractor.

  Ortega **** were great to work with. They worked on my Duplex in *******. Top notch professionalism and communication, and cleaned up nicely. Of course the project went perfect and my roof looks great. Would highly recommend and youre on good hands.

  July, 2024 Ortega Brothers replaced my roof due to hail damage. ******** Ortega listened to my wishes in using the correct brand of shingles. His team was efficient, friendly and cooperative on all counts. I appreciate the integrity and stellar customer service in dealing with a roofer contractor and Ortega Brothers delivered on all fronts.
