We purchased a XLR trailer in 2020 and had several leaks that were problems from the manufacturer and they always made sure they were taken care of we choose to purchase a new camper and they took great care of us and we love our new camper and they worked very hard to make sure we were 100% happy with our choice I would highly recommend buying from Midwest RV

What a great experience! We met our salesman (*******************) at the St. Louis ** show. It was crazy busy there but *** took the time to show us the ** we were interested in and toured the ** with us. We went to their facility a couple weeks later and decided to purchase our 2024 Montana High Country fifth wheel. ***** did a great job explaining how to operate the **. *** in finance had us out of there in about 15 minutes. We certainly dont know everything we need to know about the ** but we do know who to contact with our questions. I would highly recommend this company.Midwest RV Dealer St. Louis

I really can't say enough good things about Midwest RV. We just bought a used 2013 Keystone Cougar a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about Midwest RV. From our salesman, to the finance department, to the guy who did our orientation to the guy who delivered ****** to our site, to the guy in the store area....FIRST CLASS all the way. We feel listened to and confident we know what we need to know OR we know who to ask if we don't. You all took what was a big deal and a little scary for us and made it so smooth and easy. 5 starsThis was a great experience. The sales man was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care to make sure we understood everything we needed to know. They also made sure the Motorhome we purchased was in excellent condition. The tires looked almost brand new but were 7 yrs old and they replaced all 6 tires with very good new ones. The motorhome we purchased was a 2016 but was in excellent condition. We will purchase from Midwest RV in the future.Review fromClyde & Tonja H

1 starIn January our home burned down so we decided to buy a RV while rebuilding. We purchased two within days of each other. Both from Midwest RV. And, both true disappointments. The first had a leak and other issues that they would need to fix causing a hotel expense that we did not expect at an already stressful time. There were still a couple of issues when we got it back.Assuming they were because it was used, we called our sales **** ************************ about trading it back to purchase a new one. He said ok. So we bought a 2023 Coachmen Northern Spirit, Body 2965RK, paying more than $30,000. We were happy with the purchase. Starting the 2nd day we have had to following issues:Tongue **** (fell out second morning)Both front stabilizer jacks broken Roof leaking (Midwest claimed resin bad, manufacturer defect)Bedroom A/C freezes and leaks on bed, pops breaker Livingroom A/C can't keep up, has frozen coils twice Refrigerator, frosting issues empty or full Water damage from A/C's, Roof, and refrigerator Bathroom sink leak, damaged bottom of cabinet Main water outlet leaking under refrigerator (according to Midwest)Both Awning arms malfunctioning Shotty repair work patches showing Staples backing out all over Ceiling strips loose in some areas Water heater went out Front door latch plate screws missing causing door problems A space is now open in the cabinet and you can see outside (after roof resin was replaced)We have paid for multiple hotel stays while a new camper is being "fixed". We simply wanted something that would not be as much of a problem as buying used seemed it was going to be but we have not experienced that nor have we seen any concern for what has been happening from the upper management team. No one has reached out to us to help. No one has tried to figure out why this is happening. And ***** is trying to get the problems remedied in timely manner. ****** The salesman was very nice and cordial. I believe the dealer could have been more reasonable about our trade in after what he told us about our old camper when we were picking up the new rv and the redicullous price that they are trying to sell our old camper used.Midwest RV Dealer St. Louis

The salesman was nice and not pushy. We traded in our 5th wheel and we were greatly impressed how fast the service ***** switched certain items-actually it was done in 3 hours, not 3 days like previous other RV dealerships. Midwest RV quickly responds to every requst we've ever had.We would recommend others seek out Midwest RVMidwest RV Dealer St. Louis
