              On Friday January 28th we called the Jimmy Johns at **** ***** ***** **, St. Louis Missouri, to place a lunch order. The lady on the phone stated it would be delivered in approximately 35 minutes.Our food never came, we called to check on the status of our order and was told that the driver had taken it to the wrong house and would be on his way to our home shortly, which he did finally show up 1:45 minutes after I placed the order. We had ordered turkey sandwiches with mayo, we did not trust to eat the sandwiches after being in a heated car for that long. We declined the delivery and called the store with our disappointment. Kristina told us she completely understood and would not want us eating the sandwiches after that long either, she said she would call the district manager and the home office to make them aware of the situation and they would call me directly, no one ever called to discuss this serious food safety concern, or to apologize for wasting our time ordering food from their restaurant.

              Horrible service, the girl got mad when I added to my order, and the manager didn't do anything about it when mentioned. Not going back to that location.
