I have been renting a storage unit at this facility for six years. Recently, I decided to downsize to a smaller unit. I was initially told one price and then when I went in again was told a different, higher price. When I went back to turn in my keys for the first storage unit, I discovered that even another price had been included on the contract that I neglected to catch. It seems like a sneaky way to do business, especially since I am a long-time customer.

Dear *****, Pricing can change multiple times per day in the self storage business based on availability of each size unit. If we have one unit available in a certain size the price will go up, if we have 5 units a certain size the price will drop, it also depends on what the market is pricing your size unit at in general. The only way to lock in a price is to rent the unit.
