      I took my car to a carx in *********** because I needed my brakes fixed. I spent $2500 to get my car fixed. And when I went to pick it up I was under the impression that everything was fixed and the brakes were working. It wasnt until I got home that I found out my brakes werent fixed from reading the comments on my receipt: needs master brake cylinder, brakes go to the floor, wouldnt recommend driving until fixed. No one told me that before I left. They let me drive off the lot with brakes that didnt work. The store manager and area manager only had excuses. There is no excuse for this. My life was put in danger because of CARX. And I will not be patronizing another one.

      I went to get an oil change and tuneup. I was told the price out the door was one thing, but when I came to get my I was charged another price. I have been going round and round with the person who did the transaction. All Im getting is he doesnt know how to do the refund or hes doing it but never does

      They charged me $1600 to fix my vehicle, when I tried to contact the shop several times to let them know I was still having problems with the car; they would not call me back. I took the vehicle back suddenly theres an entirely different problem and they want to charge me another $1000 to fix my vehicle. When I tried to tell them that didnt seem right, the mechanic at the counter ***** began arguing with me saying all I asked for was a diagnostic for my vehicle and that cost $1600!!! They are scam artist and awful mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR To CAR X on *************** in ********, **. You will regret it. *******************************

      I believe they took my money and never worked on my car. There is no way I can tell if the did a oil change and tune up, but they were suppose to fix a tire pressure monitor or sensor but it's not fixed at all. Also I believed they over charge me and no one is returning my phone calls.

      They gave me an oil leak by putting the wrong plug into my oil pan after giving me an oil change. Then tried to lie and say the previous owner did it but I am the previous owner and nothing was wrong with my vehicle before I brought it to car X. I gave them a chance to fix their mistake but **** the head mechanic wanted to get confrontational because he knew he screwed up. He admitted to not only putting that plug in the pan but also striping the hole where the new plug would go. He didn't even think to let me know that before allowing me to drive home with a leaking car. These are lying pieces of you know what and they don't know anything about cars or the least bit about fixing them. They overcharge for simple things and break other things on purpose to get you to come back but not me I'm filing a claim with an attorney ASAP let's play ball.

      Do yourself a favor and never step foot into this business. Any other shop will provide much better service. For the second time in a year I had to take a very expensive repair job for them to rework what they did.On the phone it is explained to me they were going to warranty the part and car x would cover it. Much to my surprise when I arrive at the shop later in the day I have a bill for $377 for a downstream o2 sensor that I was never informed had failed and was never given the approval to fix.They are a dump and untrustworthy place, let my mistake protect you in the future

      I Call Car X supervisor ***** ****** on 3/28/28 and 4/5/23 about my complaint. He hasn’t returned my call yet,4/5/23. Car X put the wrong battery in my 2010 Silverado truck. I would like the correct battery to be installed. A refund of the Electrical charges of $69.99, if the diagnostic was done correctly, it would have shown that my truck needed a battery of 750 CC, a battery with 660CC was installed. A refund of shop fees of $29 due to the incorrect electrical diagnostic service. What material was used? A refund of 49.99 for checking a leakage my truck had, Car X stated that my oil filter was loose, and it was the cause of the leakage and there were no other leaks. My radiator, upper and lower hose both had leaks, and this caused the leak. Refund the diagnostic fee of $99.99, that ***** ********* charge for showing the cause of the leakage.

      Had a tire rotation done. Just had brand new hubcaps put on few weeks before. They broke 3 of them. 2 have chunks cracked out of them. They claimed they were already broken. They most definitely were not. They are not going to replace what they broke. The worst customer service and mechanics. I have done alot of business with this place and this is the thanks I get. I will never spend a dime with them again or recommend them to anyone. Sorry excuse for a business that supposedly guarantees their work
