    I am being overcharge for my vehicle. I can&#**;t afford to get it back. I being charge $1700 to just get my vehicle and I am being charge $60.00 per month as of now.

    He is being charged the same rates as everyone else.  It has been in storage for 33 days and he was told he could get the car for a discounted rate.  It has not been registered in his name.  His car is going to the scrap yard in a few days.  He was notified by certified letter and his car was not registered at the time because he did not register the car.  We charge $205 for the police tow, then the storage rate is $60 a day, there is a $12 mileage charge, $10 administration fee, $50 gate fee and then we had $205 and $100 for certification notification to him on 8.1.24 at 9:29 am that morning.

    On my way to work January 16th 2024 due to weather & bad road conditions. I had an car accident on the highway. The North ************* was first on scene, then *********************. I was preoccupied with the claims department on speaker. My claims department instructed me to have my car towed to my house. So the police officer stopped the ******* asked him to tow it to my home. He said he doesn't know if he can do that. The officer said if he tows it to the yard the insurance will pay bt won't pay if it's towed to my house. I asked the officer do they steal? Because I knew I had *************** in my trunk. The officer told me no. That same day on the 16th when I went to the tow yard to retrieve my belongings. My car had more damages than before. I took pictures on the highway & after pictures in the tow yard. My car looked like someone went through ************* son shoes were missing. They told me I couldn't remove any of my belongings from my car until I gt a release from the police station. The next day I got release it was $50 and my son's shoes were returned to the trunk of my ******* got all of my belongings out that day.

    Service Provider: All American Towing Date of Loss: 8/13/2023 Date of Report: 9/6/2023 Vehicle Year, Make, Model: 2010 *** 328 VIN: ***************** Owner's Phone Number: ********** My insurance company sent out American *********** to tow our ***. The tow truck driver loaded the car under a tree causing over $6,000 in damages. The company is not responding to our needs and this happened back in August.

    Pagedale Police Dept. found our stolen car in one day of being stolen and they had it towed to All American Towing. I just received the certified letter today and the car was impounded 5 days ago. They did not contact us. They said they did not have to contact us. Now we owe $745 to get the car back and we did not know we had to pay this to get our car back. We have the car back but it was not right. I would like the $700 back since we were not told the car was there.

    The processes of sending out Lein Letters are all done according to state law. We are not obligated to notify the owners of the vehicle that their vehicle is here, until the Certified Lein Letters go out. The police departments are the ones to notify the owners of vehicles, if available, at the time of recovery. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but this is just how the process works.
