Because I knew I had *************** in my trunk. The officer told me no. That same day on the 16th when I went to the tow yard to retrieve my belongings. My car had more damages than before. I took pictures on the highway & after pictures in the tow yard. My car looked like someone went through ************* son shoes were missing. They told me I couldn't remove any of my belongings from my car until I gt a release from the police station. The next day I got release it was $50 and my son's shoes were returned to the trunk of my ******* got all of my belongings out that day.

Pagedale Police Dept. found our stolen car in one day of being stolen and they had it towed to All American Towing. I just received the certified letter today and the car was impounded 5 days ago. They did not contact us. They said they did not have to contact us. Now we owe $745 to get the car back and we did not know we had to pay this to get our car back. We have the car back but it was not right. I would like the $700 back since we were not told the car was there.

The processes of sending out Lein Letters are all done according to state law. We are not obligated to notify the owners of the vehicle that their vehicle is here, until the Certified Lein Letters go out. The police departments are the ones to notify the owners of vehicles, if available, at the time of recovery. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but this is just how the process works.

On 2/6/22 I contacted All American Towing to have a car I own towed to my house. The car was delivered to my garage and as the driver, ******, was leaving he hit another car owned by me. The damage occurred to the trunk, left rear tail light, and the left rear quarter panel. I spoke on the phone with someone at All American Towing and he and the driver both assured me that they would take care of the repairs. The driver later requested the year, make, and model of the car (**** ****** Corolla) and told me again that they would take care of it. They eventually asked that I contact ***********************************************. I called and spoke with the manager there and was told that based on the pictures they would not be able to perform the work. I made an appointment with another repair shop (******** Autobody Centers) and received an estimate ($2,934.59). I emailed the estimate to ***** at All American Towing ******************************** on 2/25/22, and called to discuss setting up the repairs. He told me that the amount was greater than the kbb value of the car. I asked him to email me what they are proposing to pay for the damages and he said that he would. I have called and emailed several times asking for them to email me their proposal, but they have not responded. I do not know what kbb values they are using, but I see values in excess of the repair estimate. Additionally, the average price (edmunds.com) for this car is currently over $5,000 which I emailed on 3/4/22. I have emailed requesting a response on 3/9, 3/10, and 3/21 and called on 3/8, 3/12, 3/14, 3/15, and 3/21. I want them to respond via email with what they propose, and ultimately I want them to pay for repairs to the car.

To All American Towing, Owner ***** ******* On March 2, 2022 you were informed that tow truck driver, ****, towed my vehicle from my residence to ***** ******, ***** *****. While at my residence, **** attempted to drag my vehicle onto the tow truck flatbed. I informed **** the vehicle could not pull onto to the flat bed because it was an all- wheel drive. **** decided to release the break line from inside the console. After doing so, the vehicle was able to roll backwards onto the flatbed. While en route to ***** ******, **** abruptly stopped causing my vehicle to roll backwards striking the cab of the tow truck which caused damage to the rear bumper. We immediately stopped in the center lane of traffic to check for any damages to my vehicle. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I observed damage to the rear bumper that was not on my vehicle prior to it being towed, I advised **** of the damages. While re-securing my vehicle to the flatbed, **** adjusted the tow straps and the cable chain, and complained about the brake being faulty. He proceeded to Hwy I-70 from Lucas and Hunt and my vehicle was still not secured properly. My vehicle rolled back and forth on the flat bed while we were traveling on the highway. We arrived at ***** ******, and **** unhooked my vehicle and placed it in a parking space. Because of all the shifting and re-tightening, I re-inspected my vehicle. I notice new scratches on my front bumper that was not there prior to being towed. The damage was located directly where **** had the cable chained locked in place. At first, **** did not want to give me a copy of the tow sheet invoice, however, he reluctantly gave me a copy. On the tow invoice, he stated my vehicle had a “faulty brake”. I drove my vehicle 2 hours prior to it being towed from the dealership and there was no faulty brake line, in fact, it was **** who released the emergency brake from the shifting column.

The issue was not resolved by the company.  The company's insurance company sent me a check for $685 which didn't cover the damages. They told my insurance company it was a payment towards the damages, but they told me it was for all the damages.  I filed a claim with my insurance company and they are paying for my damages.

I recently had to get my car towed due to a car accident and I was unable to move/drive my car. I called “All American Towing LLC” as soon as I was able to. The company seemed very professional, the owner of the company said he would only bill me $95 which was on August 20th 2021. After that day I constantly called the Towing company to see when I could get my car because I found somebody that can fix my vehicle . Everytime I would call they would tell me they would call me back later on that day or the next day but THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME AT ALL. So, since they have been giving me the run around they charged me almost $1000 to get my car out of the tow which is completely insane and it’s not my fault because I have BEEN asked to get my car and they simply have been ignoring me so that they can charge me that high or keep my car. They JUST informed me it would be $50 a day to keep my car their …. They never stated that at the beginning! I have to have a car to be able to make income

We were sent to tow her vehicle.  Sometimes we need more information before we can release a vehicle to a person.  If they are not able to provide the information, then we cannot release the vehicle.
