      towed my car 3times in 3 mos. told me a different price each time until i couldnt afford to get my car back the 3rd time, The lady who answers the phone is rude as ever, the guys inside the yard are rude, ignorant, not very nice ppl. I should get paid for having to think about these cons

      Would not recommend this business. They are hostile and aggressive. The woman we talked to was very nice, but several times she would tell us a different price and our insurance adjuster. The last time we went in there was a group of men in there, I am guessing the workers. Most of them were laughing at us, and one of them kept cussing loud and saying F*** anytime I asked a question. I explained how working with insurance was difficult. We were told a set price, and since they don't have extra cash we had to have exact change. It was strange as the woman was looking through her money I told her I could exchange and she stated it was her money, why pull it out then? Unfortunately because of an accident our car was towed here. I will never ever deal with these people again. They are absolute liars, schemers, and hostile people. The men must be mad with their lives, I guess that's why they felt the need to laugh at us, cuss at us, and treat us like we are dumb, but hey it's not my fault you are working in a low income company! We both felt unsafe, so we gave them the money and got our info and left. There is so much more to this story, but I will not write the rest. They do not deserve my energy. The insurance people also had issues with hostility towards them. We were told me couldn't retrieve any items from the car due to an investigation but one of them was able to go out and look for what we needed? ok...

      I was in an accident and my car was towed there with the keys in it. That was Saturday, and they wouldn't let me get my keys and my personal belongings out of my vehicle until today. In addition, there is trash and junk all over the property. They won't take checks and they won't take debit or credit cards. Only cash.
