      I rented a truck from Enterprise Pleasanton, CA under contract for our Business needs on December 9, 2022. The customer service representative ******* indicated that he would not charge the card provided (my personal) and that he would remove the card I initial provided to them once he received my updated Business Credit Card Authorization form, which I provided to him the exact same day. January comes and I go to pay my bills to find out that they charged my card $3,407.80 even though they said they wouldn't. I called them and requested that they refund my card and to no longer use my personal Credit Card since they assured me in December my card would not be charged. They charged my personal credit card again in February $3,751.19. Here it is April and I am still waiting for this company to refund me my card for charges that should have been charged to our Business account instead of our personal credit card. This company is not customer friendly. I would not recommend them for anything. They are not in the business of keeping customers happy.
