    I purchased a vehicle from Taylor's Auto Sales for a total of ********. I have gotten my balance down to ********. The vehicle was purchased back in September of last year. I had complain about the issue with the timing on the vehicle on multiple occasion and the issues has not been resolved. They are not trying to negotiate under no circumstances. The vehicle needs a new motor because the time jump. I have ask on occasions if can assist with services or put me in different vehicle and they are not willing to meet half way on any of the options I presented. They are linked with a shop on Pestellozi in south city that provides them with fake inspection and safety test. They are taking advantage of all women and has mad threat to me with law enforcement if I show up on property to discuss the issue. May you please try to assist me with at least getting them to help pay for repairs or put me in another vehicle.

    My car has been in their shop since I bought it. I could not get my car registered until the check engine light was off. I finally got my car and was able to get it registered. My car has now been repossessed for no payment. II called and spoke with ******** asked him if I could pay $8000. He said that he would call the bank and see if that was possible. I&#**;ve been calling everyday for 2 weeks to get a exact amount of money I needed to give them. Everyday I&#**;m being told by *** that he&#**;s really busy and he would call back. He never calls back. Today I called and he told me that I had a certain amount of days to to pay $14000. I feel like Im being given the run around.

    In March/April 2021 I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I put down $3,400 on the vehicle and was told to pick it up the next day because it needed inspections and emissions done. I was told the electrical and start up issues was due to needing a new battery. The air was not working but they told me it just needed to be recharged and told me to bring it back in two weeks for that. When I went to pick up the car it started up but once 20 minutes later it stopped on me and I noticed the headlights were blinking on and off. And the tires were extremely bad ( I have all the receipts and text messages) I spent nearly 2,000 trying fix the issues. Taylor Auto sales employees kept telling me to bring the car back over 5 times with the car having to stay for days and weeks at a time. I have lost time at work. He kept promising to fix the car and never did he would just give it back. I had the AC fixed, I put new tires on the car and other work done. The car was not in condition to pass inspections so they get hot inspections (as I was told by a mechanic I paid to look at the car). In July 2021 they came to pick up the vehicle to re sell for more money and lied and said made the motor go out. Less than a week after they gave me back the vehicle it went out on me for good. The broke promises to fix the car and got hot inspections and put my life at risk. I spent all the money I had and put it in that car and made it brand new and they took it from mean sold it for more money. They even lies and said if they can't fixit, they would allow me to get a vehicle valued at the same price. They lied. I want my money back. If you say the car comes with it and emissions then it should be checked by a professional. That was a hot inspection and I have the receipts to prove it.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have not received anything from Taylor Auto Sales, they have been giving me the run around. Giving me a car they promised to do work on caused me to lose money and other things. I’ll be taken further actions.

    I purchased a 2010 Chevy Camero on September 29. They were paid 11,000 in full for the car. The car couldn't pass emissions. They promised to fix the issues. The car stopped a week later. They took the car and looked at it and said it was the timing chain and that they would fix it. They had the car for 2 weeks. We drove it and it broke down again. I had it taken to another shop who said it was an internal motor issue and that it needs to be replaced. The company then said they weren't going to do anything again and it is on me. They sold us a car that had issues.

    We replaced the timing chain in the vehicle, the consumer didn't have to pay anything. The consumer stated it stopped on him and he sent it back to us and we suggested to fix the timing chain again, but after looking over it, it was not the timing chain the engine was blown out and that was not our cause.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The timing chain is what caused the motor to go out. So when the car was purchase it had a preexisting issue with motor ( timing chain). The car motor is as no good from day one of purchase.
