    In a similar vein, historically ** has been poached upon by **** Companies up north. 'The ******************' came down from ****** and scooped up Funeral associated businesses to stick the poor people of ** with a 'monopoly.' ******** ******* won his Court case verses 'The ****** Group' to where they had to pay out 500 Million dollars. Sadly, 'Great River Utility Operating ******** is going down the path of not caring about the customers whom they bought up several entities, in my case, 'Superior Utility' and in short time jacked up the rates for an unjustify-able ********* is known as a very poor, and Undereducated State, so these pariahs have shown up in *******, ** "sweet talked" the ************************* and are running rough-shod on the rules. They want their losses or 'investments' to transfer to the backs of the customers, uh no - Foul. I'm not Undereducated, and on other matters - have seen protracted Court. Our current Water rate is just about 200% of what it was a year ago, and for no proven improvement (I'd take the no website/having to drop off a check monthly for the previous Company's rates). '*****' also wrote up the prior Company for infractions, yet have not furnished customers with any proof of improvements being made, and they love to put the 'Surcharge' in the bill and not explain it.I haven't read your 'FRP' (Formula Rate Plan), but I disagree with it. Just like I disagree with your Company having an '***' division. I 100% protest that concept, and do not want to fund it one iota. Customers should know, better than the statements are revealing - exactly what they are paying for...I did not agree to your Takeover/buyout, and it was shameful to be so shady as to start with, even slightly lower rates, only to jack them up ridiculously in less than a year's time!Normally, I would not do a 'BBB' when a Company has not directly insulted me that much. However, with your costs on Mississippians, you need firm and accountable push back.

    - Unacceptable lag in time to receive this valid 'BBB' complaint

    - Too much reliance on 'FRP' and Tariffs that are internal to the Company and appear to have 0 buy in or agreement of Customers

    - Did not address my concern about my Bill/funds going to support 'GRUOC' Environment Sustainment and Governance section of which myself or my Family do not agree with, Politically

    - I do not know where you got the phone number for me, I don't have an 877 number. ************** was a number for me, however, I staunchly prefer e-mail: ********************************
