    This proposal was made in 2020 and they were to originally seal a leak. The water goes down into the basement causing whatever is being caried by the water to come into the basement. We worked out a deal with them based on what I could pay. They did the work but they did not set it above the water level, it was crawlspace material. It stops water but is not a full guarantee. I had people come out to take a look and they all confirmed the same thing: they were not sure why they did it this way. There were spaces making big gaps where water seeps through. I called them a couple months after and I had no response from them. We were able to get a hold of the person who made the proposal but no way to talk to the people who did the work. All of the numbers provided and on the paper, they all come back to him. There is no number to get a hold of the person who did the work. He said he came and looked at it himself, saying that it would be needing more money to get the water away form the house. This was not agreed upon. This has been going on for years.

    I would like for complaint number #******** to be closed. I am very happy and please with the contractor. Everything has been repaired and fixed to my complete satisfaction.
