  I was 202lbs when I started my program with Charles. After 8 months was 157lbs when he graduated me to the maintenance program. I have a range of ******* now during this stage which I intend to maintain. I am 156 lbs now.The highlight of Charles program is a change in mindset and not diet or eating less. After the successful course and desired results, I feel it is me who owns my body and an accountable for it. I take all measures to maintain my gains( which is actually my weight loss :) through exercise and healthy eating( another highlight of Charless coaching). I am thankful to Charles for the coaching and personal attention/follow-**** If someone is serious about weight loss, Charles can make it happen. I would highly recommend Charles to those who have an inconsistent weight-loss tenure or those who have failed at reducing weight on their own after several attempts.

  When I came to ******* for help, I felt that I had tried every diet that existed. After meeting ******* and following his plan, I was able to shed the extra 55 pounds I had been carrying around for years. I was able to achieve that goal and have been able to maintain my weight even during the pandemic. ******* plan for eating, exercising and being able to have the right mindset has been such a positive experience for me. I am so glad I made the decision to work with *******.

  Ten years ago, I was whining to the Lord about my weight. Before I knew it, here was this guy named Charles talking about his book on weight loss, on my car radio. I went directly to the bookstore and bought his book, Think and Grow Thin. I sat down and read much of the book and realized that I can do this. You eat normal food. His testimony touched my heart. His program is well rounded mentally, physically and spiritually. I had attended one of Charles speaking engagements at the County Library in my 11th week of the program. I was amazed to hear many people in attendance stating they lost over 100 lbs. and were getting their diabetes under control. I was thrilled to have lost 32 lbs. at that point. I lost at least 50 lbs. just from following the book. My failure was not going in for maintenance counseling. Fast forward to C-19. I was whining again, and here comes Charles on my FB. I called and signed up immediately for the support, encouragement and motivation that is really needed. He's a team player and looks out for your very best YOU!!
