      I am 70 y. old, I've been contacted by an agent of Simple Auto Save whom I exchanged for Auto Assure company, another car extended warranty I work with, paying $114.79= per month since October 20th, 2020. The agent lured an put so much pressure on me and made me believe I was talking to Auto Assure. I don't know how this person got my credit card number! This SSAe started charging my credit card $179.00= each month. I don't know for what. No contract and car coverage plan from them!! In addition, why would I accept a second car coverage since I have already Auto Assure? I've nothing except bills in the amount of $179.00= every month. Once I have realized that I've been scammed, I disputed all charges but my credit card declined my dispute and asked me to handle it with SSA. Upon the request of the claim department, the manager of SSAe sent them a Fax where you can't read anything. Their agent ****** said that I have been charged 3 times. Thank you for your help.

      This company misrepresented themselves as the vehicle service company that I was already signed up with at Bountiful Mazda. I thought they were having me pay more for some reason, so I agreed and gave them my information. When I hung up, I got a fraud alert from Goldenwest Credit Union, my bank, and it caused me to wonder, so I called Bountiful Mazda who told me this was not the group they worked with, they work with Zurich. I immediately canceled my VISA card so it would not be charged. Subsequently Goldenwest filed a fraud charge but the person who submitted it, ******* ********, failed to contact me directly, so she filed it as a person using my card illegally, and when the business proved they knew my information, the claim was denied. She said VISA will only let you file a claim once. So, she could not refile with the accurate information. I was charged $256 and would like it to be refunded. The sale date was 7/5/2021.

      To who this may concern, This customer did purchase a contract though SSA. We received a chargeback on the account and tried to contact customer about the issue. The customer never picked up her phone we tried to reach her for 30 days before the account cancel for nonpayment. When a customer disputes a charge we have to provide proof to our merchant and customer merchant that we didn't just pull the information out of now where. This Customer never explained she wanted to cancel the account. This customer is out of her 30 days full refund and this account has been cancelled due to nonpayment so no refund is due if she has anymore questions please refer to sections in her contract on page 12 and 13 about cancellation procedures or contact our Customer service dept. at 1-844-578-2491

This repeat being sent to Simple Save Auto, Broker for Omega Auto Repair, **** * *** ******* ** *** **** ****** ******* ** ********** as per BBB address. August 23, 2021 Policy Number *********** Billing Act. No. ********** Despite sending this letter as requested for prorated refund, no reply has been received. We request that this deceptively advertised policy which we did not require be immediately terminated and refunded to us at the above address. We have been deceived into paying a total $1,600.45 via Paylink Direct consisting of $175.00 down and nine payments of $129 including a fine for late payment so the last payment was $135. Please remit the prorated amount as well as full refund.

      I do see we spoken to you on 8/9/21 and were giving produces on how to send you cancellation application. We haven't received your letter of cancellation that was attached to this complaint I can send this down to processing department today the account was placed on hold on 8/9/21. Today it has been fully cancelled out a prorated refund check can take up to 30 business days but will be sent to address on file.
