    The technician came to my home to clean the air duct he did not have the right tools to the job. He asked if I had a drill in order for the brush to spin inside air duct. I gave him a drill to borrow. He proceeded to clean the air duct. I then had my air conditioned serviced. they informed me that the air duct had not been cleaned properly. I called Pro clean and talked with a lady. We had a heightened conversation. She hung up the phone and then I spoke with them through Facebook and they informed me they stand by their word and they would not refund me my money. They even charged me access panels even though the technician did not need to drill anything. I spoke with Jeff and he is refusing to give me a refund due to me having a attitude with the lady I spoke with, but he will look into the access panel charge. They are also making threats and the technician asked for a tip. I would like a refund in the amount of $309.02

    I am responding to this complaint, ******* gave our office a call on Sunday May 14th. Which was a Sunday and Mother’s Day, our office is closed during those days, but we do answer because we do 24 hour water emergency services. The lady that answered the phone that day asked ******* for his name and phone number so a manger could call him on Monday. He got very angry at that response and threatened our receptionist and got verbally abusive and also threatened to come to her and “ beat her **** among other things, but I am trying to keep this professional. 
    The day of service his card was declined twice and he was not happy with that either, and said it was approved and in fact it was declined so the next day I asked him to call the bank to confirm, he then proceeded to give us his card number so we could run it again. 
    Our Manager *** called him to try to fix the issue and he declined any resolution and told us that he disputed his credit card. So at this time there is not much else I can do he will be getting a refund for the proper work we provided at his home. 
    we have been in business for many years and have never had an issue like this, we also service over a 100 customers per week and stand behind our services.

    I hired this company to clean a soiled carpet, they gave me a quote and cleaned it on the same day. The cleaning did not remove the soil as promised, when I called them to request they redo the soiled area, I was told I had the wrong number.

    To whom this may concern, our technician ***** went back out to this customers house and recleaned all the stains that Had returned. The stains were human urine and feces some may be permanent, but when we left the customer was happy.
