Worst repair company ever! Office staff is absolutely awful to deal with. Its like pulling teeth to get basic information. They schedule pretty far out so dont expect to get a quick repair by any means. Their records arent correct. I had a repair done less than 2 months ago, and the lady in the office continuously argued that it was over a year ago so I had to find a confirmation email and forward it to her just to get her to stop arguing against me about it. At which point she wasnt even apologetic just chose something else to make her seem like she was in the right. When they did the original repair (to a different appliance) - which was done under warranty, they didnt fix it correctly and didnt want to schedule to come back out and fix it unless I went back through another ticket with the manufacturer (even when the repair man said to wait 24 hours and call them back if it still wasnt working). Finally after about an hour of a headache they schedule the guy to come out again between a 6 hour period of time I had to be available for for the 3rd time. Save yourself- pick another company. This one is a headache at best.
