    German Shepherd Shop is an amazing online store! I have purchased several different times from them. I have had questions and they are always very quick to respond and go the extra mile to get me the answers. I wanted to know the weight of an item and they even got out their scale and weighed it for me! This is the way customer service should be! Too many merchants have lost the art of customer service, but not this store. So grateful they know how to take care of their customers! Not to mention their products are top-of-the-line quality at reasonable prices. This is my go to store for all top quality products!

    I was a little hesitant to purchase from an unknown website, but I really liked that their products are made in the ********* also liked a lot of the products overall. I ended up purchasing the biothane waterproof leash. I am so pleased with my purchase! They emailed me updates about the status of my order and it arrived quicker than I anticipated. Included with my purchase was a handwritten note from ********. Both my dog and I love this leash! We will be ordering more in the future!
