Found ******* and his company AnarchyMotiv for a custom shift k*** Couple emails to work out details to ensure fitment and ordered one. $90 a year ago. Asked for updates and after 11 months a refund. Now the site is gone and emails are returned with error address does not exist anymore. I want my money back!! Dude is a rip off and. now has closed off contact to do so. SCAMMER!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased the initial custom shift k*** for (I believe) $85 USD in Feb. 2022. It was great! I then emailed him 13 months later and we agreed for $25 + $5 to ship back, he would do more custom work. He was going to essentially take off the initial clear and color, paint it another color and then engrave my shift pattern into the top. Sent it via ***** and it was delivered according to the tracking number March 8th. 2023. Threw away tracking receipt and now ***** cant do anything claim-wise. Out now over $100 and no k*** Ive now come to find out his website, all social media, email and phones have been disconnected. Contact is no longer an option as Ive been nothing but peaceful. I never demanded, only asked for photos or an update of any sort and hed only reply with sharp and to the point answers. In all honesty I'm not going through hundreds of k**** to locate what stage yours is in to do a personalized order update.Sounds like he was down to himself solely as an employee according to his replys. On November 26, 2022 9:48 AM I ordered a shift k*** from Anarchy Motive. $85.00 plus $5.00 shipping. Prior to placing the order I had a conversation via instant message (I have all transcripts) to ensure the item could be made and verify the needed thread and pitch. 2 months later I reached out to inquire about lead times and delays (1/14/23 at 10:14 PM). I was informed he was backlogged up to 12 weeks out anything engraved. An additional 2 months (3/26/23 at 3:39 PM) later I reached out for a status and was informed it was being worked on but there was still work to do before it was completed and shipped out. The following day I requested a refund and was told again the order was being worked on and he would email me a tracking number. Here we are at the time of typing this 41 weeks have passed and I have not received a solid update, refund or product. I was genuinely excited for the longest to received the product itself but at this point Im only interested in a refund and ensuring this individual no longer conducts business this way with future consumers.Initial Complaint

Contacted the merchant online and received rapid and helpful responses to determining the right shift know for my car. He sent me a purchase link to a product that was out of stock without mentioning it. After two weeks of waiting for shipping details to update I reached out to the merchant asking for an update. His response was they are out of stock and it will be shipped out within 12 weeks. At week 13 there was still no update and his only response was hes working on getting the batch out and I doesnt know when it will be completed to even be shipped. 2 more weeks I reached out again asking for an update and received the same response. He also said could not give a time frame on when it would be completed based on his current back orders and current rate of production. After that I asked him to cancel the order and refund the money. He said as it states on his website at time of purchase there is a restocking fee. I have taken screenshots of all the warranty/ return policies and none state any fee if the order hasnt been made yet. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card and too much time has passed and now the merchant has blocked me on of their social media platforms. Do not conduct business with this merchant. 6/9/22 I ordered a $110 shift knob, website states 12 weeks for orders from the site, and to allow longer time for custom orders. So I have been extremely patient as it is now 8/10/23 and the order has been “in the batch I’m currently working on. I’ll notify you when it ships.” For the last 9 months, ******* claims he can’t issue a refund because “work has been completed”. ******* posts videos of him engraving blanks EVERYDAY to Facebook, I find it hard to believe that he has so many orders he’s over a year behind. I bought a shift knob from him on January 27, today makes 6 months ago. When I ordered it he was very polite and nice , stating that my order would ship out just over 12 weeks. Etc. I contacted him July 25th asking about my order he was very rude and told me to “f off “ and that it hadn’t been six months etc. when I have prove it has. Ordered a custom shifter knob from Anarchy Motive on January 11, 2023 for $120. It is now July 3, 2023 and I have yet to receive my item. I have attempted to email and message through Instagram for any update to my order. Derrick always has the same response “You'll be notified via email when your order ships.” Refuses to refund the order since it’s “custom made.” Problem is it hasn’t even been made yet. Sending the same message over and over won't change the message that I've already given you.
Your order will not be cancelled, you were informed of that when you purchased as well as the lead time. You were forced to read it in the terms and conditions BEFORE you purchased. You can throw out whatever accusations you'd like to, it is not going to change the answer.
