I initially put in a work order for the ac being broken in April 2022 right before our daughter was born. The property management team at realty executives did not inform us that the home was pending foreclosure until we received a certified mail in June stating that it was going to be auctioned. From April to now, the ** was not fixed and I was told that I should have given them a written notice that the ** being out was the reason for giving them the 30 day notice we were going to vacate. After surrendering the house back to them today, I was informed that the home was no longer going in to foreclosure. Portable ** units lent to us from neighbors. At times, the temp would spike to ****** making it hard for my infant and the rest of the family. In the end, I wish there was more communication from them informing us that the home owners were not responding. Letting a family live without air conditioning is morally wrong and no assistance was given by realty executives. I would never recommend anyone, especially service members, do business with realty executives.
