    I have had airlink service for my internet in my home but became very dissatisfied with the service when they could not fix the continuous buffering on running one tv streaming in my home, like all of a sudden the system could not have enough band width/power. I called several months in a row regarding this issue.I finallly had to change when i could not watch a movie without missing at last 25% of the movie. I paid the bill for the month and then called 2-3 days later and cancelled the service as I had purchased starlink service on the the 12 of the month. Living out in the country leaves very little options where we are at on a dead end road. When I called since I had not received my refund of the 12th of the month to the end of the month of discontinued service, I was told that they do not do any refunds since they do not use contracts so I was not getting a refund. the Monthly bill was 115.00 and I think I should have gotten the part of the month that I did not have service when i had cancelled it. Their business policy of no refunds is totally unacceptable and i want others to know about their poor business policy.
