    He put in a retaining wall for me in November -December 2022. When the job was finished there was a gap that I wanted addressed. I called the owner and he came out and acted like it was no big deal. He said his workers had gone back to ******. Fast forward to Spring, and I&#**;ve tried contacting him, leaving messages. No calls have been returned. As a sidebar, his contract states that he purchases 10% more material than what is needed. Although it isn&#**;t part of the contract, he did not leave any of the leftover stone on the job site (which I paid for) but his workers took the surplus with them.
