    I brought my 2016 Camry in for an oil change and a tire rotation on Friday, July 19 at 10 a.m. While the person at the desk was taking my VIN and mileage, I informed him I had noticed my car vibrating or shaking a bit at about 60 mph with the cruise control engaged. When I arrived, there were several cars in front of mine so I was told it would be a bit. 2 hours and 15 minutes after I arrived, I was finally called back and Gary told me nothing to worry about, the tire rotation fixed my vibration issue and I was good to go. It was a relief, because I was headed to Orange Beach, Ala. on Sunday, July 21. I began my drive and while heading through the Mark Twain National Forest, I noticed the shake was back, and this time worse and more pronounced at different speeds. I stopped in the nearest city, Jonesboro, Ark., and had to go to the Walmart Auto Center because no shops are open on Sunday. As soon as they lifted my car, they noticed my front tires wouldn't spin in neutral because my driver side brake caliper was completely seized and passenger side would move maybe an inch in either direction because it was nearly completely seized as well. I called McCarthy and spoke to Gary while I was getting new calipers/brake pads/rotors and told him the misdiagnosis was grossly inaccurate and I was irritated I lost a day of my vacation when it was easily avoidable since they had my car, two CSE licensed mechanics who allegedly completed a visual multipoint inspection of my car and only noted a "front brake shimmy present" in the notes on the printout from McCarthy. Gary agreed that was a bad diagnosis and told me he'd talk to his managers to see if there was anything they could do, confirmed my cell number, and told me he'd be in touch. I've not heard anything in a week.
