    They are rude pushy and not true to their word would never send anyone to them

    While everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion, we felt the need to reply to this review. We are a Very friendly, family owned small business that takes pride in helping our customers. We were very excited for Mr. ******'s interest in purchasing a truck from us. Unfortunately, as happens every once in a while, It was taking Mr. ****** a little longer to get the necessary paperwork in order to proceed in a timely manner on this particular truck. After 3 weeks of waiting and finding out that he wanted to come in, check the truck out and then get the information that we needed which would take at least another week to close, we had to make the tough decision to open the truck up to the next person waiting in line to purchase the truck. We were never pushy or rude as we were just trying to get everything handled for him. Once we explained to him that we couldn't keep holding that particular truck any longer he became very frustrated. We feel very strongly that his frustration was misplaced. We unfortunately aren't a business that can hold a truck for someone for an Overly extended period of time. We do occasionally hold a truck for someone for a period when they have to get the proper paperwork, but 3 or 4 weeks is certainly more than we feel most dealerships would do. We also explained this to Mr. ****** and said maybe there was another truck that we could place him in. We along with many dealerships in 2021 are running low on inventory. Trucks are selling as fast as ever and we do explain that to our customers. Mr. ****** seems to think that was pushy when in reality it is the true market we find ourselves in right now. As for being rude, that is just simply a false statement. We wish Mr. ****** all the best with his future.
