This business is a joke. I have taken my car in several times for oil changes and within 2 weeks my check engine light comes on and I go in again and its an $800 service. This has happened to me 3 different times. I have had my oil changed at other Chevrolet/GMC locations and do not have this issue. As soon as I go back here, same thing like clock work, with in 2 weeks check engine light is on again...and bam another $800 service they want to charge me. When I asked questions about the vehicle and the repairs needed. I was told " we can't tell you that information" after I already paid the $130 to have the diagnostics test done. I have not taken my vehicle in 2 years to them and I have not seen my check engine light since they stopped working on it. This was from 2020-2022 My mom took her vehicle in and an employee took another customer's vehicle and backed it into her vehicle. 2023 All of the incidents below are from Aug 2024:On a different occasion, my dad took his truck in for an oil change and air filters changed. he waited 3 1/2 hours because they forgot about him in the waiting room. He got home to look under the hood and they never screwed the compartment back together and was missing 3 of the 5 screws needed to keep the air filter in. A week after the previous incident, an employee took my vehicle for a joy ride and was running personal errands and grabbing lunch in my car. I just happened to be at the same location and saw my vehicle in the parking lot. The a friend of mine took his truck for $4000 in repairs and when he got the truck back it was running worse than when he took it in. His wife picked it up when it was done and it still had the check engine light on. When she asked why it was on they told her to put premium gas in the vehicle and it will go away. It did not go away. This business does not treat its customers with respect and walks over women and tries to take advantage of them assuming they know nothing about vehicles.
