I purchased a used car from Walter Ontario Audi, six months ago. Along with that purchase I also bought an extended warranty. The engine on my car blew and is currently at the shop. The warranty company is dragging out the process and will not approve the repair. They keep asking for additional information. All indications are the engine is blown and needs to be replaced. However, the warranty company will not authorize the work. I am out of town and staying at an Airbnb and having to rent a car.

My car is a 2017 Dodge Durango. It’s currently at the Squatch Garage in Grants Pass, Oregon. Mechanic was the only one in the area Quality Protection would authorize me to take SUV to.  The shops phone number is ******** ****

the last 8 of my VIN #Number ********.

The phone number for Quality Protection - ************

The vehicle has been in the shop for one month. The inspector has been out to see it twice. Squatch has complied with all requests. They have sufficiently shown the engine needs to be replaced. However QP now wants the engine completely torn down for further verification. Shop says this will take 10 hours of labor.  QP continuely changes their parameters and delays starting of work.

I’ve had to pay $1,600 for a rental car. I do not live in the area and have to vacate my airbnb on Friday, June 16.

We would need the VIN number, contract number or claim number in order to look into the complaint.
