    I live in an apartment complex, and the building manager's contacted this company to come out and dry my bedroom carpet. This has been ongoing for 2 months because the roof leaks, and every time it rains maintenance has someone come and clean the carpet rather than fixing the roof. Tuesday, I made arrangements to meet **** from this company to extract the water from the carpet. This is like the sixth time he's been to my apartment, so he knows the drill, he's very professional and nice, and I always get a call or a text from him because he knows I have to be home to let him in so my emotional support animal does not get out. Wednesday I got a text from ***** saying he was going to come by and check the machines, and I happened to be at the apartment, so I said come on by. He said he would probably need to come out Thursday and I said that's no problem because I'm off work just let me know when. This afternoon I didn't receive a text or a call, but I did receive a notification from my ring camera inside my apartment that someone had entered. I called *****'s phone number and spoke to him, and he told me that he had a master key from the property company. Since I didn't answer the door he just went on in. I asked if there was any reason why he didn't contact me today, and he said he saw the note that contact was required, and he needed to call or text, but he didn't. Very unhappy with this, it has upset me immensely, I can't feel safe where I live.
