      I was employed at the **************** location. Horrible place to work. Ms. *** who is the director is the absolute worse. From day one her and the staff treated me like a peasant. They used me. She originally hired me as an assistant, but then I was switch to a floater, but I did more work than other floaters. For example: I closed and I was expected to clean the classroom that I was assisting in for the day and then be responsible for other classrooms. Whereas other floaters did not had to do this. They always blamed me for everything. She was very rude to me as well. On my third day with company she told me I was not a good fit for the company, made a mockery of me by implying that by me volunteering in the kids ministry at my church was useless and then she reduced my hours. At that point, they expected me two come in for two hours every other day depending to help close. I informed her that I couldnt make a living like that so, they gave me more hours because they were constantly short staffed. The teachers minus a few treated me ugly as well. Once they got all the teachers they needed, Ms. *** started messing with my hours and then I was kicked to the curb after them falsely accusing me of something that happened with one of the babies when I was not responsible for it and another teacher was suppose to help. I was changing diapers. Other teachers were in the room and she just made up lies on me. I would not recommend anyone with for this daycare. The babies and children are the best. The staff, not so much. They dont care about the employees at all. I was the one they treated the worse.

Our HR Manager followed up with leadership to review the documentation regarding your employment experience. It was determined that all policies were followed from an employer standpoint.       Filthy facility and shady business practices. We decided to stay far away.

      They are rude, not willing to work with me after taking a deposit and only 4 days after they refuse to refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Completely just see people as a number here obviously.
