False advertisement. ***** products advertised as two for $4.00. Every time I go into this store, I get two different stories one time I'll go in there and they will give me 244 dollars because they're ***** products. The next time I go in, they insist, they're not 2 pepsies or 2 doctor peppers. So I get charged full price. This is false advertising, and it's against the law.

Crossroad Eagle Stop is the only convenience shop and gas station near our home. I have been going there all my life. I am no longer allowed in the store since the new manager started. She will not allow anyone in my family to do business there either. I want to know why I, or my family, am not allow to shop there any more. Please contact me.

****************** has been a customer at our ********************** for quite some time; however, she has been a party to theft on more than one occasion.

******************, along with three or four friends / family, came into the store for gas, drinks and snacks frequently. A few times she left her car blocking a gas pump while she and her companions played our NCG games. On at least two of those occasions, they left as a group, then one returned to the store to steal a 750ml of American Honey, returned to the vehicle and ****************** (the driver) sped out of the parking lot. ****************** refrained from visiting the store for several days after each incident.

After the second incident, the decision was made to ban ****************** and her companions from our business. It's never an easy decision to ban a loyal customer; however, any customer theft must be dealt with quickly and firmly. Due to the circumstances, it my belief, as well as the belief of my manager, that ****************** was fully aware her companion re-entered the store to steal and was complicit in the action.

I will call ****************** to discuss this matter with her, although my manager had informed her of the reason for the ban when she attempted entry after the second incident. She has not returned to the site for several months now.
