      An issue with Forvis: Please do not go with this company. They are Fraud. They promised to deliver ERTC for 2020 and 2021 in 6 weeks and after 4 months they couldn’t even complete 2020. When I complained about the guy they assign doesn’t know anything they gave me something for 2020 without explanation and wanted me to pay for it. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know what they are doing. Now Forvis is harassing us for payment which they didn’t do any services and threatening us as it a big company. 1) Forvis promised ERTC for 2020 and 2021 in 6 weeks. They delayed by one and a half months and delivered some calculations for 2020 only (2021 is not yet started). They didn’t consider anything. All they did is took the Quarterly income from the report my CPA sent and delivered something when I complain. 2) They hardly gave a couple of hours on my case and didn’t deliver on time. They assigned ** who does not know the basics of ERTC. Now when I look back, ** looks like a guy who just read me the question given to him and I have to answer it. When I ask anything other than those questions he doesn’t know and my CPA and I have to explain him. Before we went into contract with Forvis, **** promises us that will two companies we will get an ERTC credit for 780K on call and then sent an email on 08/04/2022. And also promise to deliver within two months as I ask him the question ERTC deadline is approaching. ****** ****** send me an email for Phase 1 and Phase 2 and invite me for a video meeting with other colleagues ** , ****, and ******* on 08/25/2022. I have provide all the requested documents on 08/28/2022. After almost a month I didn’t get any response for Forvis, so I email them on 09/22/2022, and ** reply it is almost done and in the final stage. ** was very confused and keep on delaying the process. He was not able to answer any of my questions or any information I ask him I have to cut the story as its limiting the words.
