            I went to this business Nov. 2022 to get 4 dental crowns. During the procedure they were incredibly unprofessional, they even dropped one of the crowns on the floor and had to search for it. They could not keep my mouth properly numbed, and didn't offer any solutions. The amount they charged me doesn't even line up with what was sent through my insurance. In June 2023 I went to a different dentist at which time it was pointed out that 3 of the crowns were placed with open margins. I went back to Aspen and the only thing they offered was to have the exact same dentist re-do them. Clearly I did not want that Dr. to do any procedures on me. Now less than 2 years later and 2 of the teeth are horribly infected and abscessed and I am having to pay out of pocket to have a root canal and new crowns placed.

            This place ***** . They quote me at 4 thousand dollars to get two crowns and my teeth fixed Last year with my dental insurance. I had to call and complain to get them to drop it to 1200$ lol I still have the same insurance and they didn't even add it to the 1200$ . I've been waiting a week for a call back to see how much the price difference is and set a appointment. Now when you call even there corporate office it's a busy signal. I've been walking around with two chips on my front teeth for a year now . It only takes 24 hours to submit my insurance . Why has it been a week with no call back nothing. When I could actually get through to them I was on hold for 30 mins just to get hung up on and no call back . This has been one of the worst experience of my life .
