    Sadly this is the second time I have had to do this. Our foundation warranty is with this company. They are very good about making that first connection and coming out, but then they completely ghost you. There is a crack in my foundation and my warranty covers this. On December 8th, an employee came to inspect the foundation and agreed it needed repair, remembered the crack, confirming yes it was under warranty. Their name was *****, and ***** said we will get you on the schedule. Couple weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything. I texted the number they texted me, no response, I emailed the quote line they responded to the first time, and yes I've even called twice with a receptionist that tells me she'll "get a message to the boys". It is now Jan, 20 and I still haven't gotten a response from this. The only solution I want is for the crack to be fixed. The crack is getting bad enough now that you can see all the way through the house and rain comes in. This is the second time this organization has done this to time. I'd ridiculous I have to get BBB involved just for them to honor their work.

    We got a hold of consumer and had a family emergency come up and she will call us when she gets back in town.  We are waiting for her to call us when she returns back in town.

    It is unfortunate that I am here again for a 3rd time but this appears to be the only way for the company to contact me. This goes back to the December agreed upon work and now they aren't responding to messages. I had in January filed a BBB complaint and they did contact me but unfortunately when they did I had a family emergency and my daughter was literally in be life-lined to St. Jude in Memphis, TN. When I got back I called and was told they would be out Feb 10th and that it would only take 2 hours. It is now March and I still can't get a response. The crack is getting bigger, water is getting into the house as well as bugs. My warranty fully covered this fix. I wish there was a way to transfer my warranty to another company because these people are just horrible to work with. All I want is for the company to come out and do the work they say they would do 4 months ago.

    At this time we can consider this closed. An individual had come out tearing up my walls and track mud all over my house. The person was very unprofessional. I was able to reach the President who personally came out and fixed things. This is not a company anyone should do business with.

    I purchased steel piers underneath my home from this company in October ****. I have a warranty that extends to January of ****. A portion is sinking because I have a crack in the wall and the door won&#**;t open. I have tried multiple times to reach the company. I have called, I have written, and sent emails. No one responds.
